如果你問我，這行最磨人的是什麼？不是追新聞的日夜顛倒，而是當時代劇變，你是否還有底氣說：「我沒變。」
這次來到我面前的，是 Louise 黃麗裳。在報業與雜誌圈打滾多年，她看過紙媒最風光的廣告抽稿抽到手軟，也經歷過被「賣盤」的動盪。在錄音室裡，她談起那些年如何管理百人團隊，語氣平靜得像在敘述別人的故事。我最欣賞的，是她那種近乎冷酷的清醒——在編輯部，她不講情面，遲到就解僱，匯報只看績效；但私底下，她又會提醒年輕人，工作只是打工，別把公司當成自己的命。
